Gangster Squad (2013) - Movie Review

The inspiring movie Gangster Squad has been basically derived from a true story and a non fiction novel written by Paul Lieberman. The movie is very stylish and designed to make a very sleek output, but it has been given a very different kind of a look. The movie seems to be like the kind of a picture narrating the stories of blood and gore but there is a very deep message and story behind that. The theme of Gangster Squad has been basically taken from the true story. The story is about the mobster cop and the adventurous narration of the activities of the Los Angeles police who successfully arrested the powerful gangsters in 1949. The beginning of the Gangster Squad is in a very dramatic way in which the destruction of the whole Los Angeles has been shown. The whole corporate lot along with the politicians and police are being controlled by a very ruthless mafia don. This character is being played by Mickey Cohen.

Abbas-Mustan is a famous name of thriller and action movies in Indian cinema, however the name has been failed to make out success for their movies for a while. Even their last movie ‘Players’ did not leave a positive impact on the Hindi cinema and declared as flop on the box office. However Abbas Mustan do not loose hope and have brought Race 2 which is a sequel of their blockbuster movie ‘Race. It is yet to be seen whether the sequel works the same as its first did.

Race 2 is mainly about Saif Ali Khan who is playing Ranveer Singh in this thriller action.

The Impossible (2012) - Movie Review

"The Impossible” is a heart touching depiction and narration of the tsunami which came on Dec 26, 2004 and killed nearly a quarter of a million people in 14 countries. The filmmaker Juan Antonio Bayona has tried his best to narrate the story by essentially keeping a real frame through keeping the original emotionalism and sensationalism in tact. It is basically the real life disaster movie narrating the experiences of a family of five during Tsunami when they were on a Christmas vacation at the island of Khao Lak in Thailand.

Jack Reacher (2012) - Movie Review

Jack Reacher’ is a mystery that sets off with an amazing video game- inspired launch series -- a mystifying solitary gunman discharges six gunshots that cause five dead facing PNC Park in Pittsburgh in wide daytime. The offense scene is strewn by convincing proof, each pointing toward an ex-army sniper, James Barr having a stained psychological health record.
However, the suspect forcefully disagrees with all blames, hardening the plot by scrawling a laden instruction at the arresting officials ‘Get Jack Reacher’.

Christopher McQuarrie adapts the idea of ‘Jack Reacher’ from Lee Child's book ‘One Shot'.  He brings Tom Cruise as Reacher in the movie who is an army cop and is the best at almost everything he carries out. His character has multiple shades. He portrays himself best as clever fighter, an excellent marksman, and a smart investigator with a pictorial remembrance.

Dabangg 2 (2012) - Movie Review

It wouldn't be wrong to say that Salman Khan flies on the sky of success and is the new king of Hindi movies. His Dabangg was a blockbuster which brought so many important awards for him as well. Besides, it has been believed that Dabangg Khan doesn’t need a powerful story for a film to work as his being there itself strong enough instead. Dabangg 2 is an important film for Arbaaz Khan too as his debut as a director.

Red Dawn (2012) - Movie Review

Red Dawn” is on the subject of the 1984 John Milius war flick about a Soviet attack of the United States. The filmmakers have changed the invaders to North Koreans and have made his state a Hollywood nasty piece of work.
Keeping in the mind adults will discover a North Korean attack the matter of wing-nut dreams with children who like to see boys shoot stuff up is almost certainly what the distributor is getting on. Spokane, Wash.

Chittagong (2012) - Movie Review

The year of 2010 was not a successful year for filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker in bringing a new historical chapter of India as ‘Chittagong uprising’. Chakravyuh (2012) –Movie Review

Prakash Jha is famous for executing political and social issues as his most favorite script in majority of his films.  His Gangaajal, Raajneeti and Aarakshan are legendary for portraying such subject in Hindi cinema that leaves massive impact on the audiences. ‘Chakravyuh’ is another presentation of Prakash Jha that focuses on the increased terrible issue of Naxalism in India.  Unlike his previous movie, ‘Chakravyuh; is a less popular cast movie where Arjun Rampal, Abhay Deol and Esha Gupta are in the lead roles.
‘Chakravyuh’ shows two friends Adil Khan (played by Arjun Rampal) and Kabir (Abhay Deol).  Adil is an honest police officer whereas Kabir is an argumentative failure of cop training.

Luc Besson, originally French cinema director and now Hollywood producer and writer, has always been a lord of stylised action genre. He has produced and written some of the most popular action movies of the last 10 year period including some well-known movies like "Transporter", " Taxi" or the “Taken” series with clockwork like exactness and precision.

Liam Neeson, 60 now, is once again the saviour of "Taken 2".
